Spend 60 minutes discussing personality types and communication styles and the part they play in relationship dynamics.
Participants will examine how styles vary and the benefit of each style. How each style “shows up” in life and work and how to best tailor communication to meet the needs of others.Participants will discuss specifically the value of each style and how important each style is to a high functioning team.
